My name is Mar and I was born and bred in Andalucia.
Following my marriage to my English husband, we moved from my homeland to the lively, bustling city of London where we are now based.
My interest in all things olives really started when I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2. The doctor advised me to go onto a Mediterranean Diet and to consume only Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) as a fat along with doing more physical exercise.
