Morellana is an organic EVOO made with picudo olives from olive trees in the mountains of Sierra Subbetica in Cordoba. The olives are hand-picked in October every harvest to get this fresh oil. It retains all the aromas from the countryside and will remains the Mediterranean landscape.It is a well balance oil with notes of herbs, almonds but also fruits as bananas and apples.
