TASTING NOTES
Organic extra virgin olive oil made from hojiblanca olive variety
Medium to high intensity
It has aromas of herbaceous plants, thyme, mint, and rocket with prominent notes of tomato and garden vegetables.
In the mouth very delicate, harmonic, complex, and incredibly well balanced
It is initially sweet with a green almond flavour, and a moderately persistent spicy finish.
USES
Good for dipping as a part of sharing plates.
Drizzle over toast for breakfast
Use it in mixed salads.
Enhances the taste of boiled potatoes, rice, vegetables, fish, or wherever you pour it!
