These two bottles contain the essence of "One" of the best Spanish extra virgin olive oil. It is produced from Finca La Torre using only selected olives from the beginning of the harvest in two different varieties: hojiblanca and arbequina.
The olive grove is situated in Antequera- Malaga (Spain). It follows the byodinamic cultivation system.

Hojiblanca (blue bottle)
Fruitiness: Medium to high. Notes of green grass, tomato plant, herbs and green almond.
Bitterness: Medium intensity. In the palate is also green.
Pungency: Medium to high intensity. We can feel the peppery sensation first in our throat and later in the mouth, is persistent but well balanced and harmonic.
Arbequina (white bottle)
Fruitiness: Medium intensity. Notes of green fruits such as banana and apple.
