This extra virgin olive oil is obtained from pajarero olive variety in Cordoba (Andalucia-Spain).

"Pajarero" name comes from pajaro, which means bird in Spanish and is given this name because the birds use to eat the olives once they are ripened.

In nose, medium intensity. It has aromas of ripe banana and nuts such us almond,

In mouth, the entrance is sweet and pleasant, balanced, slightly bitter and spicy in progress, pleasant aftertaste of nuts.

This extra virgin oive oil would be ideal for those who don't like strong taste as it is very well balanced.

The packaging is very colorful and remain the name of the olive variety and the landscape where the olive tree grows.
