This extraordinary extra virgin olive oil has won numerous international competitions.
The picual olive variety and early harvest confer the oil obtained with a high level of antioxidants and polyphenols.
Tasting notes: notes of green almonds, tomato in the vine, tomato plant, cut grass, fennel and peppermint.
In the mouth, it has a sweet entrance, medium and well-balanced bitterness, and a very elegant peppery finish.
This oil pairs very well in a tomato salad, gazpacho, dipping with bread, boiled potatoes, or rice. It will enhance any dish.
