The next event will be held on Tuesday 19th May at Mas Q Menos restaurant ( Soho ).
This session will be an introduction to this exciting world, where we will go through; what makes the difference between Olive Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, how it is produce, how to assess the quality, its uses in the kitchen and its health benefits.
For the session we will be using oils obtained from different varieties, and among them it will be “Finca La Torre” an organic oil that recently won the award as Best Food from Spain and First prize at Mario Solinas competition ( considered as the “Oscars” in the Olive Oil industry).
After the session we will enjoy some tapas provided by Mas Q Menos:
– Manchego cheese in Olive Oil.
-Iberico mix platter (lomo, salchichon, chorizo and jamon).
-Sobrasada and brie pie.
-Glass of wine or pint of beer.
