Olive Oil tasting and Tapas
Olive Oil tasting and Tapas is on Sunday 21 May at 12 noon (approximately 1.30/2 hours).
Are you around on Sunday 21st May, and ready to taste fresh and amazing Spanish EVOO?
I am collaborating with the Spanish school («Spanish House London»), and the session is going to be held in Spanish with some English translation (if needed). You can meet up with like-minded people and it is going to be a good opportunity to practice your Spanish.
You will learn a lot about this fascinating product and enjoy some food afterwards. We will prepare in situ our typical Gazpacho, and mushroom with garlic and parsley.
I will explain:
- How the olive oils are produced,
- How to assess quality,
- The health benefits, and
- Food pairing ideas.
The attendants will taste fantastic olive oils from the new harvest. Moreover you will get a free 100ml bottle of EVOO.
